A year in review at DataMatrix Medical
19,730 Hours Saved for Practitioners
If you’re a physician or practice manager, you know every minute matters. This year, our scribes helped save a whopping 19,730 hours of documentation time—nearly two years of uninterrupted vacation! (Okay, maybe just two years without extra paperwork.) Those hours returned to what matters most: patient care and reducing burnout in medical practices nationwide.
8.4 Million Lines Transcribed
In 2024, our team transcribed over 8.4 million lines—one word at a time. But here’s where it gets interesting: we also tackled hundreds of messy, AI-generated transcriptions that needed some TLC. With an accuracy rate of over 99%, we proved that nothing beats a trained, human touch.
Lesson learned: Even the best AI/LLMs could use a second opinion.
Helping Patients Get the Care They Need
We helped practices approve 94,295 patients on the prior authorization front, ensuring the right treatments and procedures were approved. With practices saving 58% on overhead costs for medication authorizations, our clients not only treated more patients but did so while keeping their bottom lines healthy.
A Year of Recognition and Growth
This year, we earned prestigious peer-reviewed certifications and passed stringent security assessments. But perhaps our proudest accomplishment is growing our family by onboarding more practices in 2024 than in 2022 and 2023 combined—a staggering 168% increase!
We also surveyed our clients, and the results were overwhelmingly positive: 90% of respondents said they’d recommend us to their colleagues. Knowing we’ve earned your trust fuels our passion for constant improvement.
